Living in co-ownership will allow you :

• To rent your house (in compliance with the rules of the Résidences l'Oasis), if you choose to live only a few months per year in the Dominican Republic.
• Take advantage of a truthful management service, concierge and maintenance (paid), that can offer you Maxime and Antoinette so that you leave with peace of mind.

The fixed costs of the condominium are 50 € / month and include garbage removal, garden maintenance, swimming pool, common areas, garden lighting and parking. Water and electricity are at your charge. However, in the event of a prolonged power outage of the city, for example during extreme weather, the Residence will provide electricity by generator (paid service).
