The restaurant
Opening December 2009
Breakfast and dinner will be served in the restaurant by the pool, with views over the sea and the garden.
We offer a refined and varied cuisine.
Two different menus are offered every evening.
A theme evening will be organised once a week in the residence’s “straw hut”: local cuisine and music, dancing ("meringue", "bachata", etc.)

For our guest room guests, breakfasts, lunches and evening meals will be served in our large, specially designed straw hut by the pool to give you a chance to enjoy the countryside surrounding the residence.
NB: If you prefer, we can deliver breakfasts and meals to your house. |
A short rundown on the Cuisine of the Dominican Republic:
As well as Caribbean fruit and vegetables (yucca, pineapples, beans, etc.) and seafood (lobsters, crabs, fish, etc.), the Dominican Republic has many types of meat (beef, chicken, pork and even goat).
With all these ingredients, Dominican cuisine can offer relatively varied dishes, from the most frugal (the climate is rather hot!) to the most copious. The following are just a few examples: chicharones, frituras and picca pollo, or modongos (beef tripe), meat and vegetable stews, family vegetables (sancocho) and chivo guisado (goat’s meat marinated in oregano).
